COMPREHENSIVE WARRANTY

Most of our equipment repairs include a 1 year limited labor warranty. 

This is just another example of how we back up our service, and why we remain competitive againt other companies.

Repairs covered under this warranty service include services on:

• LCD screens
• LCD inverters
• Hard drives
• Optical drives (CD/DVD)
• Keyboards
• Processors
• Memory (RAM)
• Add-on cards
• And many motherboard repairs

The following items are excluded from this warranty and instead carry a 45 day limited labor warranty:

• Software related repairs (non-hardware issues such as Windows installations, etc.)
• Power jack repairs/replacements, motherboard component level repairs (i.e. chip replacements and any components requiring soldering)
• and any other items subject to user wear and tear such as hinges, latches, input/output ports, etc.

This limited labor warranty will cover 100% of labor provided by us for repair labor identical to that which was originally performed. This warranty covers labor only; replacement parts are covered under a separate limited parts warranty, the length of which varies and will be provided to you upon request with each repair quote. Most software related problems are not included in this limited warranty. Warranty identifiers (i.e. warranty stickers) must be intact and unaltered and the item serial number must match our records. Accidental damage, or damage caused by abuse, neglect, or misuse will automatically void this warranty. Items sent for service which are tested and found not to be defectgive may be subject to a $49.95 testing fee.
